Telkom denies to replace my phone at the shop.

Telkom is restraining me from replacing my phone. Nowhere in the contract does it state that you are not allowed to get the phone replaced at the shop. I have done everything I could and now I am being denied to replace my phone.

I have been paying for the phone for 5 months now since I am being charged R6,000 to replace the Iphone6S Plus which I had for one month due to bendgate.

Who wants to be a Telkom supporter if this is the horrible service Telkom Stellenbosch gives us???

I have never been so disgusted in a company in my entire life!

I will not leave today without my phone.
