Telkom Dell Laptop Deal

I app**** for the Dell Laptop deal for R399.00 it was approved also had my account debited already. Ive been following up nearly every 2nd day only to be told they awaiting stock of it. How long can it possibly take to get in stock???? Should I just cancel this order or what??? I NEED TO KNOW.
