Telkom delivery missing in action

I app**** for a Telkom 15gb LTE internet connection for R199 per month. I was approved and was informed that the delivery will be done 24 to 48 hours after the debit order was deducted from my bank account. on the 26 of April Telkom debited my bank account. So I expected the sim and router to be delivered 28 or 29 April. but nothing was delivered. today is the 3rd of May and still noting was delivered. Its really not fun being on holiday and not be able to go any where, just because you are waiting for a delivery You surely cannot expect me to stay home 24 hours until you decide to deliver.
