Telkom delivery issue

I purchased a samsung galaxy S8 at the view mall (used to be game city) in Durban, KZN on the 27th March 2018. They didn't have stock so I was promise the device will arrive on the 29th and therefore signed everything relating to the purchase. Till today I have not received the phone, I have been to the shop more then 3 time but still there is no phone. I am very upset cause I could have went to another telkom shop to purchase the phone. The store manager said they will check on delivery and get back to me yesterday which they did not. I am very upset with the service and the fact that they are not trying other means to get the devices from other stores so I can have it. Telkom doesn't even respond to complains and the contact numbers in their webistes never get answered.
