TELKOM DELIVERS SHOCKING SERVICE LEVELS!!!

Called regarding a business fault. Telkom call centre says they have no obligation to fix lines within any specified period. Callled them in the morning, then again in the afternoon and now again in the evening. Was told in the afternoon that a technician was called in earlier to sort out my problem which lay at the exchange. But in the evening the call centre says that nobody has been assigned to my line as yet??? Cannot believe that we are paying business clients and yet we have to put up with such obvious lying. Telkom ought to be ashamed of their customer service division. The lack of accountability is also shocking!!! REF 178CNZ150221 and 179CNZ150221.. A pharmacy with no phone lines for the last 1.5 days is a disaster!!!!
