Telkom deliberately makes it impossible to cancel their service

I have tried for 3 months to cancel a service with Telkom. I have tried using the portal, which does not work and then I have tried going into the store and finally have been calling thier customer service over and over to get help. It seems Telkom want to debit me for the rest of my life.

Other friends I have spoken to complain about the same thing - Telkom makes it impossible to cancel their service and seems to rely on the fact that eventually you will stop trying to cancel.

I am ****ed off!
