Telkom deleted my ASDL line for no reason.
Telkom suddenly deleted my ASDL line for no reason. I've reached out to the technical department and then was referred to the sales department but still nothing has been resolved. My account is fully compliant in terms of payments but I still have not received any reason. I am without internet the whole weekend since Friday. 21 December 2018. Disappointed.
