Telkom deleted all my mails

Hi There,

So I logged into my Telkom mailbox only to discover that all my emails have disappeared. After being on the phone for over 50 minutes on 4 April, and being thrown from pillar to post, and Tech blaming Sales and visa versa, a friendly gentleman apparently assisted saying that my mails will start feeding back after an hour. Luckily I did not hold my breath as I am still sitting with an empty mailbox.. Looking back, probably a blatant lie to get me off his back. Apparently the mailbox magically disappearing has to do with a fiber upgrade. I am done! I cannot speak to the call center anymore. I am tired of Telkom advising that they have system issues on their automated voice system and agents not able to hear you on the other side and echoing what the auto voice message. Please can I have my mails back.
