Telkom delaying refund

I did an online order with Telkom. The money was debted from my account Sept 28th but the order was cancelled due to no available stock. I was supposed to be refunded within 5 to 10 working days. Still no refund. It's Oct 28th. Is it to much to ask to get my money back Telkom?
