TELKOM DELAY IS HOW THEY PLAY

Telkom Mobile website says DONT DELAY...APPLY ONLINE... yet I have experienced only delay since I clicked 'apply'.

I ordered a Telkom Mobile upgrade on Monday the 16th. I clicked away and within 10min I had a friendly (fast talking) gentleman who was VERY happy to do the paperwork online. I was told I would receive the phone within the week.

I told them I needed the upgrade within the week else I would just go into the local Telkom Mobile Shop. No...It will arrive this week because it is a Monday.

Well today is the 25th October. 9 days later and I've emailed the very helpful consultant....nothing...No response, no phone...NO service. Only Delays.
