telkom delay and no communication
i ordered a phone on contract in March, first debit order was successfully taken, and i was told it will be delivered within 7 working days. today it's 20/05/2019 and i havent received any phone. call centre dont even answer their phones, i dont know how i'll get my money back and cancel everything and just go to another network.
