TELKOM DE*****ED ME WITH AN INSURANCE I NEVER TOOK

Good day Team.

Telkom de*****ed me a month after I took a cellphone contract with them. I took a cellphone contract with Telkom and I my monthly service fee was supposed to R736. A month later Telkom stuff added an amount of R295 for insurance which I never gave consent to.

I have engaged with Telkom on numerous accounts and no one wants to assist me. I even called the insurance but they refer me back to Telkom to cancel and when I call Telkom they say I must contact the insurance company.

I wrote mails and made calls to them but to date my issue is still not resolved. I need telkom to cancel this insurance and reimburse me the monies paid to this insurance which they added without my consent.
