Telkom definately not a company you want to join

I am so sorry I took a contract with this company. A month ago i signed up with Telkom for a router and Litbox. when the things were delivered there was no litbox included. I then contacted Telkom immediately and asked that it be sent this has now been escalated numerous times and i have been passed from person to person with no positive outcome. The way i am spoken to by some of the Telkom staff is really shocking as they do not care for the clients at all. I now just want this contract cancelled as i have asked every time i called with no outcome.
