TELKOM DEFAULTED MY ACCOUNT EVEM THOUGH I PAID!!!!

Telkom DOES NOT want to help me AT ALL! They say I haven't paid when I have, I sent them my bank statement to over 10 people and NO ONE IS HELPING!!! I'm sick of their lack of service. NO ONE IS HELPING AND IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS OF PHONE CALLS AND NO ONE HELPS!!!!!!!
