Telkom deducts more than what statements shows

I opened an account with telkom Sept 2020 ,my installments was supposed to be R420.00 pm.Since then the amount that was deducted was more than my installment, I was even double billed one month.If there is anyone that can help me I would really appreciate it.Thank you
