TELKOM DEDUCTIONS UNJUSTIFIED

On 15 May 2019 Telkom deducted from my account for two cellphone contract I have with them for the amount of R1,136.29 which still today cannot be justified. i though it is because of the new contract which commenced after the first contract. On the 15 June 2019 Telkom deducted from my account the amount of R650.70 which still cannot be justified, taking into consideration that my contracts with them is R169.00 for the first contract and R249.00 for the second one. Indicated unequivocally that if the airtime and data lapses, Telkom should not allow outgoing calls and or usage of data when I have exhausted data and airtime. I want Telkom to justify the amounts as I was told that my account will normalise, that is to say only R169.00 and R249.00 will be deducted per month. I have been communicating with Telkom to really check what is going on but all in vain. This really distabilise my financial possession. I am really perturbed with what Telkom is doing.
