Telkom deductions from my account

I app**** for the Hauwei Pro 20 cellphone online on 21st June 2018 and the sales lady confirmed my qualification for the handset which was R599, she offered me also the 139 router which was on special. I received the router but no cellphone and they have already deducted R599 from my account. I tried several times to call without success and hence I went to the Branch in Musgrave but told their systems where off line. today I visited the Branch at Westwood Mall and discovered that in their system on the Router was registered under my name. I asked them why did they deduct the R599 from my account and they have no answer for me. I have printed account and will pursue this case. I don't know whether they have become **********. I am no longer interested on the phone but intend to open a case of ***** against the lady who process the order PT Nzima
