Telkom deducted my money and never got the product

<p>I app**** for rooter online and indeed telkom consultant called me and assisted with everything and was told they will deduct the money which they did and I was promised to get the rooter within 5 working days and that was long time ago until today I never got the product.i regret the day I joined and I used my phone to call telkom but noone picks up the phone it just chaws my airtime.what a useless service for a first timer I will never advise anyone to take telkom never.went to the bramch they were not keen to assist me I even used facebook nothing</p> <p> </p>
