Telkom deducted money again and again

I renew my contract and then they deducted a double premie with my new premie then they said I need to change the date I done it then they deducted again. I had to go to the bank to reverse andthe bank charge me 40. What must I do. Can you not do a normal debit order. How difficult can this be.
