Telkom deduct payments 3 months after cancelled data line

Contract for data line expired end December 2019, cancelled data line contract on 3rd January 2020 at Telkom Shop at Festival Mall Kempton Park, ref ***3 and agreed for 1 month notice period. On the 3rd February the data line was terminated and no longer in use. On the 5th February Telkom deducted another months payment, could not be resolved after query. On the 5th March Telkom deducted another payment. This is not acceptable!!
