Telkom deduct extra money that they are not allowed to do

<p>I moved my moms one contract over to my (it is basically my contract for the past 2 years, I've been working for my mom & that is why it was on her name. I'm starting to work for myself & that is why I'm taking the same contract over for the remaining 6months).</p> <p> </p> <p>The contract is 15gb day & 15gb night for R500 & it includes the LTE router.</p> <p> </p> <p>I moved the contract over to my name & now Telkom is deducting an extra R200 for the LTE router.</p> <p> </p> <p>Same contract for the past 2years & now they are taking an extra R200??? Why??? This is not what the contract says??</p> <p> </p> <p>And all the call centre can say is, it is for the device & the more I tell them but this is the same contract that we have been paying for the past 2years and the device was included they just say the system says its for the device.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom cant just take my money like they feel they want to and then not want to give it back. It doesnt work like that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this rectified!! </p>
