Telkom decommission commission failure

Poor service. Promoting free 10gig hotspot data, then ending it prematurely before my contract term ends with the promise of a monthly 20gig normal data compensation for the remainder of this period. Only to fail at keeping to this offer, then blaming me for not having kept the sms THEY SENT. How could they not have a record of this commitment as they first made contact regarding this matter. What breach of trust is next?
