TELKOM DECLARES ME DECEASED TO CREDITORS

My name is Sesethu Mankayi On the 12-06-2022 went to upgrade my phone from another cellular network. My application was DECLIND. When i asked the consultant why my application declined I was informed that my Credit status is that I have been DECEASED. Imagine the shook of my life. Contact the Credit department. I was inform TELKOM Declared that I'm Deceased. Today spend my hole morning trying to resolved this matter asual with Telkom no one could help me. All they said I must go to the nearest branch with proof of Avidavit that states I'm alive. Worse part about this problem TELKOM history of not solving their problems. Even their call centre they did not have a way forward
