Telkom decided to disconnect my land line on Mon
Telkom disconnects paying customers land / ADSL lines. Telkom decided to disconnect my land line on Monday 13 April 2015 morning at 5am also a line I use to work on as I am a work from home employee. The funny thing is they disconnected for an account that is still due on the 28th of April 2015 . I tried to call them for 5 times yesterday on Tuesday, 14 April 2015. They allow you to go through all the prompts but when it comes to the part where a consultant is supposed to assist they drop the line. They sent me an sms to call 10210 because they want me to update my details yet they don't respond to the emails I've sent that included all my statements from January to March 2015 including the proof of payments. They place you on hold with a ****py voice call saying they are experiencing high call volumes and subtly drop your call . I used Telkom because they are a house hold name and a brand I trusted, grew up with too my sorrows I am losing out on days of work and pay and I have spent so much money on airtime because now I have to call them from my cell phone. Who is going to pay my salary for the days I am losing
