Telkom deceptive showmax promo. Its all a lie

Last year April I received a mail saying I have received free showmax promo data. The email clearly stated that the showmax streaming will not use my monthly data bundle. I followed the step to register and created the account and started streaming showmax and to my surprise my data was depleted. I have logged numerous calls but I am not getting any resolution to the matter. This has been going on for over a year now, I have been to the branch, I have been calling and I have been sending mails but I keep on getting a runaround. The unfortunate part about this whole issue is that I am using my time and money to reach out to telkom and yet I get a monthly invoice which is increasing but I am not getting any value for money. The level of incompetence of Telkom is really frustrating!!!
