Telkom deception into contract

Telkom representatives deceived me into getting into an agreement with 3 SIM cards, whereas I was meant to receive 1 SIM card! I have been following up on this query since last year. Instead I’m being charged for SIM cards that are not even in use! They insist on charging me on the 2 SIM cards. Even after asking for cancellation, my account is still being charged! The figure I was provided to pay by a consultant is now different when I was to pay at the physical shop. This has been such an inconvenience for me. Also, with what money should I pay this outstanding amount? I barely can afford buying data. My case number is: ***4
