TELKOM DECEPTION

I contacted Telkom today at 4 this afternoon regarding still not being able to access my 10gig allocated to me on 1Telkom Connect. No not guest. Strange enough 15mins later my line was completely cut, I have means of accessing my video classes and tutorials as i am doing distance learning. I have since logged a complaint with consumer rights group and hope to further the issue as i am a student and need to be in class and commence with my studies as i should need to. my line has been completely cut it has been unregistered by Telkom after making the complaint. i will seek out the highest form of authority to be rightfully compensated, its not facebook data its schooling data. Telkom is a huge lie with an array of hoops needed to jump through in order to make a connection on regular ipv4 and ipv6 connection either way wifi goes back to its root it remains a hard line regardless the manner or security needed to log onto the network your Telkom number should be enough as user log credentials but its not like they claim it to be at all. its all meant to waste your time and divert you to buy the data once again and forget about the data allocated and promised its all miss information.
