TELKOM DECEASED ESTATE TRANSFER SERVICE

We are administering a deceased estate and enclose the following documents for your their records:

1. Certified copy of the Death Certificate 2. Certified copies of ID of the deceased 3. Certified copy of the ID of surviving spouse

We requested Telkom to transfer this account to the surviving spouse of the deceased. We sent this letter to *** as we normally do. However the email just comes back undeliverable. I cannot find a contact number or a email address to transfer the service only cancelations. The surviving spouse is in frail care and not in the position to go to a Telkom store.
