Telkom Debt-in

I have had a data account with Telkom before I upgraded to an Adls line , I was not advised that I needed to cancel my data so that resulted in me being debited continuously, when I called Telkom then they mentioned that this is how it works so I cancelled and everything was fine then after a couple of months my account was debited again and I called Telkom but they said I owed them this money asked how so. And they didn’t have a proper answer , I retracted my money and said they need to investigate and come back to me , they did come back to me by putting Debt- in to harass me and debt in also did not have any facts and was trying to get 1000 rands off me when I only owed 187 rands , I made arrangements and paid the amount after numerous calls to Telkom and debt in .... Telkom told me I was fully paid up and I thought this was the end of it but the horror is still continuing debt- in is still calling me and harassing me for more money to date even though Telkom has sent them an email to take me of the list as I am fully paid off .......I am tired of this and thinking of going to small claims court and was adviced by my lawyer that I can charge them for harassment also I never received a final demand letter and my details were just handed over to debt -in
