Telkom Debt Collectors are ****mers

Good day ,

I have a complaint with Telkom, they handed over my cellphone contract to a collections company called Nu-Debt ,which i paid R1000.00 , and after 2 months , I got a call from another company also demanding that I pay for the same account , subsequent enquiries with both companies they payment i made was not received by Telkom and according to NU-debt the account is closed , and the money is not accounted for. My call was transferred to a number of agents before i get the right people,

And as I write this note, I am holding the line for the agent who's checking my account .Surprisingly their WhatsApp(Nu-Debt) is saying they don't recognize my ID , but they received my money and its now not accounted for ,
