Telkom debt

I had Telkom contract unfortunately i had lost my job now that i am work i go find out my Balance which I wanted pay off this month only to find that the balance has increased to double what it was initially to R5000 Telkom has mad no effort to chase the debt for me to make payment pllan but they choose to increase the debt
