Telkom debits your account without any authorization!!!

I enquired regarding the the application of a cellphone. I specifically said that I do not want to go ahead with the contract. 24hrs later they debited my account regardless and then still have the decency to say that it was declined due to my credit rating yet they approved me. It's a joke.
