Telkom debits on any day as it pleases

I had a 3 years telkom data contract with that pocket router. This year (2025) August the contract ended but because i was behind with payment I couldn't just cancel it i have to pay first.

I realized that telkom would debit in my account on dates i did not agree on. I've always said sinve the beginning of the contract that it should be the 5th of every month but they debited on the 21st . This creates a bad record for me . I then called telkom to arrange the amount im owing so I can cancel it i was told I was handed over. I called the NuDebt company where im handed over they told me they handed me back to telkom. I was basically not assisted and even this morning the 21st of October 2025 they debited money of which they know when to
