Telkom debits me after cancelled service..

I cancelled my fixed LTE on 20 February 2021. They deducted the following month. Called telkom on 29 April 2021 to confirm the line is cancelled. They advised it is and no further deductions are loaded the account is closed. Checked the SMS and account was cancelled. Nevertheless, they still deducted the money...now I can't contact them since it is weekend and they will take forever to refund me if they even do. Worst Company in South Africa. I urge you not to use them ever. They stole my money and I will lodge a complaint with ICASA even if it takes 6 months as they do...useless Telkom strikes again.i will never again make use of you after I used you for the past 10 years. Pathetic.
