Telkom debiting my account unauthorized and suspending my account

Telkom decided that as my account had been in arrears they were going to charge me a fee for a reason I am unable to remember - of about R200, which I would have been 100% ok with having been my mistake. What Telkom did however, was debit the R200 *including* the following month's installment of R900, on a day that was in the middle of the month (when I did not have enough to afford it!). When I tried to dispute this unautorised debit I was told in not so many words"oh well don't worry, you won't need to pay for next month". When I explained that this was a situation literally taking food off of the table they would could not assist me. As this was an unauthorised debit and I needed the money in order to survive, I got the bank to reverse the debit order. Telkom however, then cut and suspended my service. This month, they took their debit of R1200 which I was pleased to now have payed, thinking I would get my Internet back, which happens to be how I earn most of my living. This did not happen. After extremely frustrating phone calls I am still being told that I now have to expect between 10-14 *working* days before they decide to put my Internet back on? What on earth is this nonsense? You expect me to PAY for a service which you are NOT providing me for half a month? That does not sound legitimate. Sort this out.
