Telkom debiting my account even after cancellation of the contract.

I cancelled my telkom cellphone contract December 2019 and I'm still being debted monthly for something I cancelled last year. When I reverse the debts they keep adding R202 monthly saying its penalty fees. Whenever you call their call center you get terrible service and call center operators with a filtly attitude. Anyone considering to join Telkom I'd advice you otherwise.
