TELKOM DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ANY TIME OF THE MONTH

Telkom has for the last 5 months debited my account whenever they wish which has resulted in me incurring extreme bank charge, i have set a proper debit order date with them 2x already and they are not sticking to it!!!

This is very frustrating and more importantly, is costing me a lot of money
