Telkom debiting my account after 7 years! I have no account with them.

For the last 7 years I have not used any telkom products ONLY prepaid sim cards.

Today I went onto my bank statement and saw Telkom had debited R1055.00 from my bank account on the 25th when I got paid.

I have NO idea where they get this amount from and why they have debited my account for this amount.

I feel like bursting into tears. How can they do something like this especially during a pandemic where nobody is even leaving there homes and losing income.

I will have to take this further. I am opening a case of ***** against Telkom at my nearest police station and also going to the ombudsman.

I have had enough of this absolute nonsense!
