Telkom Debiting my account

<p>Telkom phones you with their wonderful deals every month. I was one of the unlucky suckers that signed up for one of the deals which costs R99 a month. However i did not receive the product after waiting many months. So i phoned to cancel the order. needless to say that was not the end. They debited my account every Month. I went into the store at Alberton City a month ago where a call was logged and i received an sms where i was told that the money would be refunded to me and i assumed the debit order would be cancelled. On Sa****ay 25th June another debit order went off my account off R2118.40 the product wasnt even for that much. this is absolutely ridiculous. I went into the store at lake side Mall and again an incident was logged. I am sick and tired of incidents being logged why can't someone just tell you what is going on and assist you. This is not a little money. it is alot they have taken from me for a product i do not have. Funny thing was everyone that was there on Sa****ay at Telkom only had complaints no1 was there to take out a new contract. There service is pathetic. it is pointless to phone the call center because you just get pushed from pillar to post. I am hoping this post will get some action</p>
