Telkom debiting money always

Telkom keeps on debiting money any amount anytime they want, like I don’t even understand what is for coz is not even close to the amount we agreed on when I go to the branch they tell me to wait 7 to 14 days for money to reflect on their side as I’m stil waiting they debit again Mxm this is daylight *******
