Telkom debiting me when account paid

Hey Telkom

So recently you have tried to debit my account even though i manually pay my account on the 20th of every month. So certain months you decide to debit my account for what reason i do not know. It then cones back as unpaid and yoh charge me a fee of R200 each time. Of course i refuse to pay this because my account is paid, please check my account for the last 3 years gets paid on time every time.

I call you service center and no one can help me. All they tell me is the system will keep try to debit on the last day and its how it works.

So today my account is suspended because of R389 thats outstanding. I have been with Telkom mobile 5-6 years now and i get no help. This is really annoying and im fed up of have to pay charges for something your system does in error because my account is always paid.

I am now really come to a point where i believe telkom has no interest in their customers and just looking to **** us.

I know i complain every time here and nothing gets done. But hey the community needs to know this before taking out Telkom s deals. I guess why you so cheap because you make ur money up like this.

I now want to cancel all my contract with you please. I cant be doing this every time, specially when im not at fault and my account being paid every month on time or before my debit Day.
