Its been years I canceled my account at your somerset west branch and still every month you debit my account

This is ***** the contract is never used and this is absolutely unacceptable.

My contract needs to be canceled for the 100th time

And I need all the money **********ly taken from my account to be returned.

PLEASE ESCALATE THIS TO A MANAGER BECAUSE THIS IS SHOCKING HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.
