Telkom debited R5000 from my bank and im left with no means of living

On the 30th of May Telkom Debited R5000 from my account and i have been to their store more than 3times here at gateway asking for assistance, they say they do not have a billing department on site and i shud call, i use the store phones, be on hold for over 30minutes and get dropped, ive spent 3days chasing this at the store, going to my bank for a dispute and they sending me back to Telkom, they took my rent money, food, transport and other basic needs, for them to just say i must call their billing team which ends up dropping me after holding for 30minutes. I am fed up, i went to Telkom in gateway and im fed up today was the last day im going there, and they ned to call me or else ill kill myself cos i have no means of surviving, my landlord is kicking me out i have no food nothing
