Telkom debited my account at their own free will

Tel*** is the worst service provider to have ever come into existence as they felt they had the right to debit my account the day before the debit date I selected !!!! I did not give them permission to do so and now I am the one stuck paying the penalty to my ban****!!!!! I spoke to Lindokuhle mmguni which is apparently a reference now ???? she did not send me through to the accounts department. Tel*** must pay my damn penalty or just cancel what evr I have with them!!!!! Tel*** the guptas of the service provider world
