TELKOM DEBITED FOR A PHONE I DONT EVEN HAVE ON HAND

Absolutely shocking I app**** for a contract online a agent had phoned me on Monday saying I was pre approved that they needed to do credit check another agent will phone me to tell me if I was approved or not if so I will need to pay the first month and they will assist me on when the phone will be delivered to my house..I have not received a call but they have already debited on my account how can they debit my account for a product I don’t even have on had or even know I was approved for this is *****ing also there online agents never communicate as I been trying to get hold of someone in Telkom to know what if going on as I have no luck at all this is honestly *****ing from people
