Telkom debit orders

On the billing date i had funds available on my account but they took money which was less than my monthly instalment then I received communication stating my account is suspended and the’ve charged me penalties fees for a mistake which they did on their side. When I called them for assistance no one has assisted me, now I can’t even use my simcard and they are saying someone had set a debit limit on my profile at Telkom
