Telkom Debit Orders

I'm very disappointed with Telkom when it comes to their debit orders, they sometimes debit and sometimes not. Most of the time when they debit there is an additional charge of R202.00 claiming that they have tried to debit but the debit order didn't through.

I don't want to even mention their call centre its *******!!! I have tried to send a numerous emails and no one rep****. I'm happy that my contract is ending next month, Will try another service provider.
