Telkom debit orders

Telkom is the worst!!! I have been battling for 6 months now for them just to correct my debit order date. Every single month I have to phone them and make custom arrangements because for some stupid ****ing reason they deduct on the 15th of every month. who the **** has money on the 15th!!!! If any Telkom staff reads this find me and phone me to sort your **** out! Otherwise you will simply not be getting a payment from me. This is ridiculous!!!
