Telkom Debit Order when payment is already made

I dont understand why Telkom is sending debit order instruction for an account that is already paid. I paid my account on the 01 Jul 2025 and a debit order instruction was sent on the account and been charged for a debit order rejection fee. I again made payment for July on 29 July 2025 and again instruction is sent for debit order and again being charged for a debit order rejection fee.
