Telkom debit order . takes my money

I have cancelled 23 Aug my telkom line 2 months back , without using there service they charge me for calls, i never made as my line was ported ,and I did my month notice know they tell me october was my months notice . stay away from, telkom .

I will pay for calles as there statement says october but the calles was september . but i did not use the internet the full month
